Welcome to Aquam Fitness! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Full payment must be made at checkout before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
2. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

To keep shipping costs low, we use stamped mail and standard parcel services within Canada.

You will always receive proof of shipping, stamped by a Canada Post officer, once your order has been sent.

Delivery times are estimates only:

Stamped Mail: 5–15 business days

Standard Parcel: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or location.

Tracking: Stamped mail does not include tracking. Standard parcels may include tracking if available.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once proof of shipping has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacement orders in cases of postal delays, loss, or non-delivery.
3. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale/clearance items, and certain hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., hats, socks, accessories).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll correct the issue at no extra cost.
4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

We are not liable for damages or losses that result from misuse of our products.
