Shipping Policy

At Aquam Fitness, we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. That’s why we use the most cost-effective delivery methods available in Canada, including stamped mail and standard parcels.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

• You will always receive proof of shipping, stamped by a Canada Post officer, once your order has been sent.

Delivery Time

• Since we use the most affordable shipping options, delivery times may take longer than premium courier services.

• Typical delivery estimates (within Canada):

  • Stamped Mail: 5–15 business days

  • Standard Parcel: 5–10 business days

• Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on Canada Post delays, holidays, or location.

Tracking

• Stamped mail orders do not include tracking.

• Standard parcel shipments may include tracking if available.

• To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, all orders are stamped and verified at the post office, and proof of mailing is sent to the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once proof of shipping has been provided, we cannot issue refunds or send replacement orders, as responsibility transfers to the carrier at that point.

• If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier, but delays are outside of our control.
