No, because we do not even recommend you to diet. Diets DO NOT work. We will change your lifestyle and guide you through sustainable changes. Our goal is to make sure the food selection is the same whether you are losing weigth, maintaining or increasing muscle mass.

Although tracking food is a tool and nothing more, we highly encourage our clients to do so because it helps you put food into perspective and see how much you are actually eating vs what you think you are eating. If you never track, you will never know what is working and what is not working. We will be provoding you with tips and hacks on how to make this process and easy as possible!

Yes, you will be lifting weights and do not worry, we wont let that happen, you wont get bulky on our watch ;).
This depends on the individual, we use three different methods: The scale, measurements and pictures. Why do we say it depends? because the scale may cause anxiety to some people, so it is to their discretion. The other two will be done monthly, this way we have three metrics to compare and make decisions based on data.
This depends on what level of fitness/nutrition you are at. For someone who is just starting, we would focus on teaching the foundations and basics on nutrition before we add supplements. Once you are more advance, depending on where you are at with your nutrition, recovery and fitness, we may or may not recommend the use of some supplements to help with either.
Cardio is an important component of fitness. That being said, we highly recommend both, strength training and cardiovascular training as they are both extremely important when it comes to reaching fitness goals.
The term of coaching will vary from person to person. Someone that has been struggling to change their lifestyle for the past couple of years, are looking to lose +30lb and have struggle with eating disorder, will require a longer approach compared to someone who is looking to lose 5-10lb.
This is a great question. Depending on your goals, we will help you set realistic expectations of what you should actually expect to see. We would love for all of our clients to get results asap, unfortunately, it does not always work like that. From experience, we always like to say that the results you are expecting are going to take longer than you think. Slow and steady wins the race, we know that this is not what you want to hear, but this is how it works. We know social media has conditioned people to believe everything happens fast, however, long LASTING changes take time. Live by our mantra and have "AGRESSIVE PATIENCE" work as hard as you can to get to your goals, but be mindful of your timelines.
