Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags/packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window and item condition requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., hats, socks, used T-shirts, or accessories) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item).

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
