Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability).

Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window and item condition requirements.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., hats, socks, used T-shirts, or accessories) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
